Our historic building dates back to the 16th/17th century and is very centrally located in the old town above the cathedral.
In 1715 it was dedicated as a rectory; in 1918 it was rebuilt in baroque style.
The interior of the building was completely renovated between 1995 and 1997. The apartment on the upper floor was renovated again in September 2006 and completely refurnished as a vacation apartment, followed by the apartment on the ground floor in 2009.
The apartments are spacious and fully equipped. Each apartment has its own balcony on the street side and the garden on the south side is at the level of the upper floor.
The location in the traffic-calmed zone in the old town offers short distances for all needs.
The approach is through the city center to the front of the house. It is only approx. 50 m to the cathedral and approx. 80 m to the parking garage Stadtmitte. The riverside promenade can be reached in 2 minutes, as can the Stadtmitte train station and the bus station.
